Not “immature” more likely just a little illiterate if they’re confusing “ur” meaning the possessive “your” for “you’re” meaning “you are.”
Did you know 54% of Americans can’t read above a 6th grade level? This means they often struggle with words with 4+ syllables such as “belligerent” and “inflammatory” and “institution.” And 20% can’t read above a 5th grade level, making them functionally illiterate.
Lmao nonsense... ur is used in place of both your and you're.
I was reading at a college level in 9th grade. I will still use "ur" if I'm on my phone and not writing an essay ffs.
Yeah, and it’s fine for casual texting, no one cares that much. When it’s for something professional or something academic, obviously that makes a difference
I care for casual texting, because I don’t want to look like a 15 year old
Okay, so don’t do it. But are you really so petty as to judge someone else for it? As if you could control their actions?
Ur serious? Lol
I use my phone and I usually still say you're but... every now and then I might say ur because it's faster 🫣
Lol.
Can'y you make serious short too?
I wouldn't say so.. Sometimes you just wannabe lazy, and whatnot..
