I don't think I've worked hard to develop any habits I mean I never stop thinking of things and they just develop on their own and get better and better because I understand it better and better that's like words when people use words to hurt other people they're just words who cares you can let it go being calm in any chaotic situation you have to stay calm because you have to think fast

The other things are keeping quiet and paying attention in moments of people that are out of control that way you have insight and which direction things are going to go you can pay attention to people's reaction their action their eyes their look their tone

And you understand who you are and once you understand that things really don't matter people create drama they create drama because they're unhappy they want other people to be unhappy and when you can recognize this you just going to let it go and you let it escape from your mind you don't allow things to change you to kicking the Indian emotional traits that people have or you can have it's just a balancing point in life

You even see it on here people get so emotional and pissed off because the way they feel is the way they see about things who cares if that's their choice and that's okay that's who they are until one day they figure it out but I mean I can handle anything and everything in this world except for maybe five things and that's my choice if a woman says no she means no if you beat up . Or abused an elderly person if you hit a child if you kick your pet or if you know and start bullying or picking on somebody that cannot defend themselves those are the five things in my world that I will not shut my. Myself down for I will do whatever it takes to stop it but those are the five things that kick my emotions in somebody could run into my car it is what it is I mean it happens there's so many things that can go on in this world the people just get bent and I've learned first of all it just happens so there's nothing you're going to do about that in the moment

So I guess if I have done anything it's to stay balanced and calm and I do not need to are allowed. Words from people to bother me because they're just words
