What time do you wake up from Monday to Friday?

Well, I TRY to go to sleep around 12AM at night and then wake up around 10AM.

They say the goal should be 8 hours of sleep. I usually more or less aim for that. From 12AM to 10AM is 10 hours total but for me more is usually better than less, lol.

Despite the times I TRY for though, my sleep schedule can be incredibly inconsistent. There were times where I literally slept 24 hours, and times where I stayed up 24 hours straight. There were times where I was barely sleeping 3 hours, and times where I was sleeping 16 hours. There were days when I got my day schedule and night schedule mixed up, lol. Like I'd stay up all night and then sleep the whole day.

So yeah, um... it's kind of a mess, but I try to go for 12AM to 10AM to get at least 8 hours, lol.

5:30am to 6am. I am not a morning person, but my lifestyle requires me to be one. I'm generally in bed by 9:30pm to 10pm. I take magnesium and a small protein snack to help me sleep. It's weird, but it helps a lot.

I am up by 5am to 6am 7 days a week, regardless of what I did the day or night before.
