It seems the majority of people that I cross paths with are so utterly disrespectful and selfish, or “Kevin’s” and “Karen’s” spouting their entitled privilege tainted nonsensical demands.

I do try to employ stoicism , but I’d love to “fix” those people 😡

stop my anxiety, my thoughts,.. it would be so beautiful and easier to live without my mind always thinking negative, and without my social anxiety. it's really stressing, not being able to look a person in their eyes and not being able to speak in front of them, it limits me every day especially at school for now😭

My nerve damage. I'm always taking ibuprofen and Tylenol for the pain to the point I'm pretty sure I have or will get organ damage.

  Careful with that. I took waaaaay to much ibuprofen and due to that got an ulcer. Well not knowing, the ulcer perforated and I was sepsis for a good 24hours. Ended in ER and had emergency surgery.
