If we turned the ocean to jello, would we ruin the ocean?

If somehow it's possible to turn the ocean into jello with a gigantic bag of jello and giant spoon, would it ruin the ocean afterwards? Like a irreversible decision or is the water gone? I know we will kill all the animals in the ocean or freeze them in jello but would the water be gone? Or can we turn the jello back into water? 🤔

We could probably have to refilter the jello back into water. But surely in a world where we could turn the ocean into jello, we could also turn jello into water. It would be very salty jello, but that kind of sounds good. Minus the dead, rotting fish in it lol

If the jello is eaten, by us or mold or other organism, the water inside it would just be peed out, vaporize and rain down again.

Or the jello would dry out from the sun, the water will form clouds and rain down again.

It will take many million years, but the oceans will be back
