Guys, do woman really look good with a lot of makeup on?

I am disgusted by stuff like this:

I think women look great with makeup. But I much prefer the soft, "no makeup" makeup look.

I have never liked women who wear a ton of makeup... I think makeup should never be obvious. Subtle is best.
