I wouldn't say slutty, but heavily masked faces have this really weird looking texture to them that turns me off right quick.

Not only that, when a girl wears a bunch of makeup the little tiny hairs get caked with it making it look like they have a prepubescent beard.

honestly, no. I think people that judge others for wearing too much makeup are rude. there isn't a limit on how much makeup a boy/girl can wear, makeup is essentially used for enhancing facial features, everyone has a different skin type and pigment
