I'm a driven person, yes... there's focus and determination, and dedication as well

but I am not a highly driven person... this, I understand as someone that pushes oneself onto more, and more and then some more... this is something I could be, yes, but I rather not because I am in the business of business, lol

it would put me in a situation in which I could become a workaholic and a bit caught into the challenging of always going after better and more, and while that might be appealing in some ways, it can also have not so good dynamics

I often get asked and also offered... why not going into "bigger and better business" and hear that I could be doing great at and with so much more, "you're capable" and maybe yeah, maybe I could make it work, however, the answer for me is quite simple

family and friends, partner... that's where I want my dedication and true life to be, they're much more fulfilling to me than all those other things can be

Depends what I’m doing. I have no passion for anything occupational, so my drive there is just enough to not be a weak link to the rest of the team, if applicable.

Other things, especially sports, I’m very passionate about that, so I AM driven. I started playing hockey about four years ago, three years now competitively, and I’ve just kind of made it my full-time job while I care for my elderly father. I wake up, go to the rink, practice by myself, go to the gym, train there, then usually I have a game to play in at night, either my adult league or pick-up games with people I’ve met through the sport.

So, I have to organically love something, but if I do, I’m likely to pour my heart and soul into it

Probably not.  I do what needs to get done. Will try for new things and find a way to make it work—but I'm also prone to procrastinate.

But more seriously: yes I do think I’m highly driven compared to the average person
Average people get to happier and more fulfilled while I’m always chasing the next improvement

About some things. I've said before that I've got 2 speeds. 100mph, and STOP. Not many things catch my fancy. But when they do I'm RELENTLESS in pursuit of my goal. Until either I've achieved it. Or until it is proven to me that it is unattainable.

Somewhat. I have goals and I don't want to stop until I achieve them, but once I do, I think it's okay to stop and be content with what I have and where I am in life.
