Dying alone In a place where I can't move or get out of.

Like I'm not really claustrophobic, until I get to a point where I can't move. I discovered this not through personal experience, but through reading part of a book where the MC got trapped in a tunnel, and it got so tight he couldn't breathe.. I love that book, but I always skip that part, cause even thinking about that makes me sick.

If not failure in my personal goals, then my worst fear is achieving them to only be met with a mediocre response that leaves me feeling hollow inside, that all I did was ultimately for nothing.
