Im not liking the layout of my bedroom at all and I need ideas to make it more cozy?

The lighting in the room could change a bit. Maybe try repainting the walls to something that’ll match the furniture in your room. And replace that floor with either a bigger one but more comfortable or take it out and leave the hardwood floor as is

Hard to tell from the angle of the photo. A bigger rug would definitely help. Some curtains that go to the floor too.

You need a storage ottoman that doubles as a seat at the end of the bed, and a gaming console with a decent soundbar.
