Music. As long as I have music in my life, I can do anything! I get to listen to it while I'm at work and I listen to it when I workout and when I get home. Music is life and makes me extremely happy.

Beyond music, it's the people in my life that makes me extremely happy. I don't know what I would do without my bestie! She's my soulmate if there ever was one. I love my family dearly too. They are very supportive of me and make me feel special. And of course I can't forget the new guy in my life. He lights up my world.

Those are the simple things in my life that make me really happy!

Being by the ocean... that makes me dance with joy. Having a crowded dinner table... that makes me smile with contentment. Seeing a flower growing up from a crack in the sidewalk of a noisy, crowed city... that fills me with awe.

I like naked beautiful women still. I was hoping to grow out of that at this stage. But when I see a bunch of naked ladies, I'm like a kid at a candy store still.

I'm trying to grow out of it. I've outgrown my love of candy and sweets and snacks and food to help me focus on my work. But naked ladies -- I've not done it yet. I think it's because you don't get to practice growing a resilience to a bunch of naked ladies on a daily basis. At least I haven't.

Maybe I need to go to a nudist colony on vacation. Then I might grow immune to it. Then I could be in the zone just doing my work even if I'm in a strip club with the most beautiful woman with a British RP accent giving me a lap dance and she would just disappear and I wouldn't appreciate her at all. That would be awesome!

But that's one of the few things I still have to appreciate now that I haven't overcome is being in a room full of gorgeous naked women.

Yes the sun is shinning it's warm & I was outside most of the day. Life is great.
