How much free time do you really have? a lot or none at all?

I work freelance, so free time comes and goes according to the work load I have on a particular day or week. But I always try to set apart an hour, sometimes two, for things that have nothing to do with work. But then I guess I'm lucky to be able to do so and set my own schedule.

I have a lot but I need a lot to rest, process mental stuff and just take care of stuff I need to do. I'm thinking about trying medication for anxiety maybe it'll help me be less stressed. I don't want to depend on it but I wanna try it at least once :)

I learned that when I stop treating anything in this world matters… except for my own well being…I became more relaxed and happier… but it took me a long time to figure this out.

@midnightmoon05 I'm autistic I get tired just from being around people sometimes even when I'm at ease mentally I just want to see if it can help me to learn something or in situations where I'm at a larger gathering or so. I think I'm doing fine with accepting myself and taking care of myself. But thanks for the advice :)
