Who’s seen a bison?

not enough. i love those cute little guys. 😁 My family went to Yellowstone National Park almost every year when I was growing up so we saw tons of them there. Now I see a farmer that keeps a couple Bison with their herd of cattle which is interesting.

The European bison (wisent) as a part of several animal parks. I also seem to remember that there was a wild herd re-introduced into nature a few years ago, but I don’t think these would be very approachable by humans.

I don’t think you’re supposed to approach them, but when they’re not rutting or calving they can be pretty docile

I saw lots in Yellowstone when we went about 15 years ago probably. There are a couple zoos with them too.

Yes there is a bison farm near where I live. Not sure if it is still there though

I haven’t seen a bison, closest was Texas though not in the areas to spot them so… I do hope to see them someday just not today.

No but I saw a Chevy Blazer take on a mature buck on the NYS thruway. It's unreal what's left - not much - OF THE CAR
