What was the worse nightmare you ever had?

I'm in my bed, it's dark and I can hear him try and crawl into my window. I can sense him, but I can't move. This goes on for what it feels like forever and then he finally breaks in and jumps into my bed and I fall down in what feels like a bottomless pit. I grab out and get a hold on something and as I do, there comes ground beneath me and I start to run, with him behind me - his hands grabbing out for me, yelling at me and catching upto me.

It's both terrifying itself and the dream itself tells me I'm struggling and need to check up on my mental health which can be frightening.

I had a baby sitter when I was young, I had a dream where she was over the house for a party or something, and my family pressured her to eat something and she died! My mom was terminally ill with cancer at the time and passed away 6 months later! I believe the dream was related but it still haunts me.
