What's the worst nightmare you've ever had?

Ever since I turned 18 (21 years ago) I have the same nightmare over and over again. It had stopped for some time but the recent news about the quake in Romania which was felt in my country too (Bulgaria) made that nightmare return. In the nightmare I'm standing in the middle of my hometown (the capital of Bulgaria), everything around me is shaking and collapsing and the worst part is that I can't move a muscle to run, like something is holding me in place.

I've died many times in my dreams. I've been in groundhog day zombie apocalypse ending with alligators, I've been shot, I've had to self sacrifice myself after being infected with a zombie virus but the worst was a dream where me, my nephew and a random girl went camping in a field. Me and my nephew went walking in the field as the girl made a fire, during the walk me and nephew saw a two story house as we got closer we saw it looked abandoned but the windows were all foggy that's when we saw hand prints popping up on the windows as well as a face. We understandably got scared and ran back to camp when we got back the girl was getting her neck slashed by a demon, ghost girl I tried to run but then the ghost teleported to me and cut my throat with her sharp nails. As I help my throat laying on the ground she grabbed my nephew and said your coming with me and disappeared as I died.

Some nightmares I still remember but they never showed up again. I found a way to keep them from showing up again - just write it down in the form of a short story. After that you can do whatever you want with the story - dispose of it, give it to someone to read, or even publish it. But the main thing is that after the nightmare never returns.
I haven't written down only the earthquake nightmare bc it doesn't have an actual end, unlike the most of the other bad dreams of mine. I had one where Earth was attacked by aliens and it kept showing up a few times until I wrote it down.

My dreams normally don't repeat I know some parts of my dreams repeat like a fancier version of my house will show up from time to time or a building that I only remember when in the dream but I don't really worry about that. A few months ago I completely mind fucked my dream because I recognize a character, realized it was a dream and just flat out told her "you know this is a dream right" after that the dream crashed like PC I had flashes of the dream but it would black out and try to start again till my mind couldn't fight to keep it going and I woke up

I was hitchhiking through a tunnel and there was an exit to the surface that was narrow. I was walking up the ramp which was a lot narrower than the tunnel and a tractor trailer came by and crushed me against the wall.

Consider yourself lucky, then. All of my other nightmares I forget them the moment I wake up but this one it seems I can never forget.
Some people think this is a precognition or whatever it's called but I don't believe in such things, they're sci-fi elements. But what worries me the most is a research I read many years ago, according to which, if some day the Earth decides to hit my country at full power, the strength would be above 9 on the Richter scale which means the most of my small country (310 miles long) will be leveled to the ground literally.

Earth under attack by these fast-moving attack planes. Or - When I was a kid, the vacuum and phonograph arms (ask your parents) were all attacking me.
