People that speak other languages, do black people mutilate that language like they do English?

Not all, but the ones that do mutilate languages... obviously. I just have to add this disclaimer for the wokesters that get triggered over any question like this. I'm just curious if it's a cultural trait, or just the way a lot of them are no matter what language they learn.
