I have a 1 bedroom and 1 bath into an apartment but the bedroom is small. Which is not a problem..
I been wanting an office.. or to put my desk and some other stuff... In a room. . I have tried rearranging but it didn't help anything..
Option 1 : Should I put my twin bed in the living room against the wall and make it a bedroom in the living room? And make the bedroom an office
option 2 : should I put the office in the small living room and just keep my bed in the bedroom

Both options are fine, but consider this for Option 1: Getting a futon. A futon serves as a couch in the daytime but folds out into a bed at night. I got rid of my 2 futons when I moved to a nice furnished apartment, but, if I had remained single and had to furnish again, I'd go with futons. They are so versatile and cheap really compared to all the bullshit of a real bed... So, if it's just you, get a futon that becomes a full size bed. Put it in the living room. So, during the day, it's still the living room, but, at night, it's the bedroom. Then your "small bedroom" can be exclusively an office.
Have the office in the main room and the bedroom in the back room.
Do you ever plan to have people over and hang out in your apt? If so put the bed in your bedroom
