I will be doing narcissa malfoy style hair color but i m confused between the two colors blue or Blonde?

Do blonde first and see how you feel about it. You can always just dye it blue after if you think you’ll like it better.
if you do blue first, you can’t just easily change it if you don’t like it. Blue is hard to get out.
