1. Learn to care for yourself by choosing simple, healthy lifestyle habits (drink water, sleep, eat fruit and veggies, simple active habits you like, etc.)

2. Go outside regularly

3. Learn the skill of budgeting

4. Don't be afraid to change direction if something isn't working, and remember that fear is not the decision-maker in your life... it's a factor you consider, that's all.

5. Set goals and create simple rewards as you make progress

6. Surround yourself with people who challenge you and help you to grow

7. Research fields when choosing a career direction and choose something that interests you. It doesn't need to be your "passion" just something you can appreciate and do well in.
