I subscribed to a facebook feed that posts 12 jokes an hour. I also read jokes on Reddit. And I watch my youtube lists, which involves a cat vacation channel, a cat jokes channel, a few life style mentors in the medical field in their 30s like me, a few Jewish female religion mentors, a few Christian bible videos, a work out and nutrition channel, and a vitamin, mineral, and hormone management channel.

Sometimes going out for a walk and getting some fresh air helps. Doesn't have to be long. Can be half an hour or so.
