Because evening is a chill moment, the day is over and when people are relaxed enough then they talk. They talk about all the things they should have talked about years ago. So, evidently, it's not going to be pretty.
Because everyone is together at the same time... don't want to chase every single one of them to tell them same thing, over and over again...

It’s the guaranteed “audience” isn’t it , clearly “they” need to say their bit but they also need an audience to hear it too
Because everyone is stuck there until they're done. Any other time they're doing something that requires their attention or on their way somewhere else.
because that's about the time they get together... lol
Cause everyone is together and can talk freely.
Thats usually when everyone is there with hands not having phones and forced to talk to eachother
Because that's when everybody is together at the same time
Cause thats the best time. Good food good conversation
It's when they're all together.
