Well first Mustangs are very cheap in the US, you can literally get used Mustang in good condition for less than 15k.

Also Americans have one of the heights purchasing power per capita so they can afford more than most other nations.

Thought in some countries Mustangs are still very common, like in Germany.

BMW in Germany is like the mustang in the USA.

You can get 2010s BMW for less than 20k in Germany.

And you can get a Porsche 911 for 40-50k though that would be the slightly older models from 2013 and older.
