If you visited a city and saw Elephants casually walking around like it was normal how would you react?

It's not hurting anyone or destroying things. it just casually waltz's around the city and lounge around where desired. The locals just walk on by them like they were stray cats or other critters. your reaction?

I'd steer clear of them at least until I understood a little bit of their nature and how they behave. Otherwise, they can squash you like a bug.
