I think most are more confident, but not all. As for successful, not necessarily, especially when you define subject. Some good looking people are morbidly unhappy for a variety of reasons and some average or even less attractive people are perfectly happy with their lives. You can’t generalize.

I wouldn’t even go that far. I know plenty of unhappy beautiful people. They are pretty confident though.

Pretty privilege does exist. But it only benefits those people SLIGHTLY more than the avg. Normal. The really attractive people that are successful at the end of the day are so because their personality that goes along with it. But to be fair, being attractive and having a headstart in life with that allowed them to be more confident.

Looks has been proven to be one if, if not the, strongest multiplier for success. It isn't that crazy. Just assume that every social interaction goes 10% more smoothly. That then adds up over a lifetime and suddenly we have two very different outcomes.

Yes, there are scientific studies on this. In short, if something is not appealing on the outside, its inside is not wondered about. Therefore, it is true that good looking people have more opportunities in life.

No. Look at Trump he is an ugly mess. It comes down to who someone will screw over. Successful people are usually cut throat.
