I like looking at the moon more because it has detail while the sun isn't easy to look at. BUT it's the benefits from the sun that I like more than benefits from the moon (tides are a part of the evolution story so there's that).

I am a "night owl", so obviously, I like the moon. And even if I was a "day person", I would still like the moon because I can actually look at it for a long time without going blind.
