What’s your opinion on instant ramen/noodles?

I have a love hate relationship with them. Firstly they taste so good! The downside: They make me extremely hungry in an hour. Urgh!

You should understand that refined carbs get digested quickly, causing a rapid spike in blood sugar followed by a drop (sugar crash, this makes you feel hungry again soon.

I experienced this ever since the first time I ate instant noodles which is why I’m never eating them again. Healthy food keeps me full for hours which is why I prefer them more.
