When I cook chicken/beef broth I add wheat flour-egg noodles called in southern Germany Spaetzle. It's not official ramen but it doesn't differ

I don't eat Ramen often, but when I do, it's usually for a quick meal, and Ramen Soy Sauce flavor is my usual choice...

It's cheap. A packet at my local grocery store is US$1.

Most of the salt comes from the flavor packet you add to the ramen. If you only use part of the packet, it's not that salty.
