At it's hottest it will usually get around 113 with medium to high humidity. As for how I cope with it I just drink a lot of water n Gatorade or a powdered electrolyte powder mixed in to my water.
I'm in the heat so much during the summer that it doesn't really bother me if I am being honest.

Average summer temp is around 20-25°C occasionally we'll hit 30 for a week or two. We cope by wearing lighter clothes or by lying on the beach.
