If yes, than what are you doing to handle it?

If yes, than what are you doing to handle it?

No and it’s freezing cold in the UK right now which is unusual because usually this time of year it’s really hot! I’m not complaining though because I went on plenty of holidays this year and suffered in the heat haha. It also means I’m getting a good cosy nights sleep 😂
What matters is that princess rapunzel is getting good cosy nights sleep 😄
Send me some cold from your place cause here it's burning!
Haha sure
🤣🤣
Weird, I thought UK never gets "hot". What do you consider "hot"?
@KostasKouvalis it usually gets really hot in the summer and it’s very humid here. In average it would 24 to 33 degrees celsius this time of year and usually we have a couple of days almost reaching 40 :)
Doesn’t look like it’s happening this year though lol.
😲 Everyone says it's always cold, cloudy and wet.
Are you watching the game?
UK is always hit and miss
It will be 107F today in Northern California, and the second week in a row of over 100F days. That's actually normal for the region - we typically get 2-3 weeks of over 100F heat in the summer and 5-8 weeks of highs in the 90s.
It's not my favorite, but it's not unexpected. At least the humidity is reasonably low. 90F in a humid place is worse.
I spend as much time as I can indoors, and I refuse to do attic work when it's triple digits.
Wise thinking 👍🏻
They’re actually high and there’s a lot of humidity (as usual here) but they’re a bit lower than the last 2 years, luckily.
I’m actually bearing and waiting to turn on the air conditioner, if they raise a bit I’ll turn it on.
The only thing I’m doing is using a mini fan at work and folding fan at home.
That's nice, i think that the A/C is the ultimate weapon against this heat!
True 👍🏻
1. Finding excuses to open the freezer just to cool off.
2. Cool water to stay hydrated + hot coffee. (Sounds weird, but growing up we were taught that having a hot beverage will help you feel cooler in the dead Mediterranean heat. It works.)
3. Taking advantage of the hot weather to take a long walk anyway (with sunscreen and a bottle of water, of course).
Bravo miss dish, taking good care of yourself, good girl 😌
You will find miss dish in the fridge 🤣🤣
Drink cold water in big amounts 👍🏻
With mineral water too 😁

I'm on an island in the Northeast USA and I have to say so far this is one of the coolest and most comfortable Summers I can remember. Usually it is too hot and humid this time of year and really uncomfortable. And the winters for the last several years have been extremely mild with much less snow than we used to get. All the seasons are becoming milder here and changing for the better!
If this is Climate Change please keep it up! The weather is getting absolutely perfect! 👍
Good to hear, is the island in the atlantic or pacific ocean?
Atlantic. Eastern US is Atlantic and Western is Pacific.
I know, my uncle and his family lives in Washington D. C
Ahhhh yes. I have been there.
95 to 100 degrees depending on the humidity here in Texas. Got a beautiful breeze yesterday that dropped the humidity down then sun came back again. Been drinking water and just staying inside with fans on and AC. I wish it was October for the cold weather.
True 👍🏻
93 in North Carolina. I've been making sorbets and naming them. This one is named 'Hot Goddess.'
Looking delicious 😋
We've just entered a warm season now in Sweden, we've had some queer periods of rain and thunder. But we'll see how warm it gets. Here we usually do not get it so warm that it's unbearable, though we have at some points had it extremely hot so that you might as well just spend the whole day at the beach. But the heat waves which have actually killed old people as in Spain or the UK we have not yet seen on such scales.
👍🏻👍🏻
The last ten years were too hot. This year is too wet, some days with two or three rain showers. Oh well, but the second scenario is still more bearable than 37 degrees in a city.
Good!
well, I am in Texas so... we're just really getting more of the same and it overstays its welcome too...
just endure it, as we always do... lol
Well done partner 🤠
Dying… 😵 Lol. Under the AC is living, ice cream is giving, and anything water related is everythingggg~
😂👍🏻
It was pretty hot today but it was also very humid. I was working outdoors today. I got an early start and went until 2 PM. My clothes were soaked through. I drank about half gallon of water.
The humidity is a killer!
Drinking cold water is the key to keep walking...
It's a little easier now after a couple weeks of acclimating. The triple temps are actually better (feel cooler) than 90's as it's far less humid.
That's nice!
The temperature is in the mid to high 80's which I can handle. It's the humidity that is a killer. Luckily I scheduled all inside work for this week. I try to stay in air conditioning during the day
Smart choice and the humidity is definitly a killer to me cause it gives me headaches and dizziness!
People like you and me sweat a lot, it's just a body type that originally sweats more than other people!
I'm drinking Iced coffee. I almost never drink iced coffee. This heat is too much 😫
It surely is miss boobzilla 😄
Very much so. But today is raining and it’s severe rain. Even farmers would complain.
Heavy rains aren't good for the plants and lands...
It's been hot lately but we had storms yesterday which brought the temperature down a little.
Nice 👍🏻
Oh yes! 108°F today.
I live right next to the air conditioner 🙂
Very good miss sage 😄👍🏻
I am grateful to have the luxury of air conditioning so...
Imagine life without an A/C 🥵
Very cold temps here ❄️🥶 of around 10 to 15 degrees Celsius and the nights sometimes 5 degrees Celsius ❄️🥶👀
WoW, so now it's winter in Australia?
Since June
The humidity is the worst!
It's hot where I am but the 90s isn't that bad as long as it's not humid... which it always is
True 👍🏻
Yes! I mostly stay indoors and keep the air-conditioners on
👍🏻👍🏻
It's summer time in Texas so yeah it's hot as hell outside. I'm drinking tins of water and staying in the AC as much as I can
Best way to keep yourself alive 😄
The air temperature in Turkey is generally always 40 degrees and above in July. I spend most of my days at home until 19:00 and then I go out. 🇹🇷🧠
Smart move!
It's only 82 degree's out right now so it's not to bad however Monday it's gonna be a 106 with a heat index of a 108 so that'll be pretty brutal.
I am not going out between 10 a. m and 5 p. m, and I put the ac at 24 celcius to mitigate the heat without incurring a hefty electricity bill.
The UV index here hits 11 at 1 pm. It is pretty hellish.
Nope, close to 100 degrees is normal for us.
Cool!
No it's only 25° at the highest i just wish it was hotter so I could get tanned more easily or enjoy warm water
Send me this 25° in my way 😄
👍🏻👍🏻
Yes, however I can handle the heat, I never had issues with it. The problem is the continuous fires in rural areas.
How can you handle the excessive heat and sweating?
Go from air conditioning to air conditioning to air conditioning.
The best way!
we are at 82 right now, might get into the 90s, kind of average for this time of year.
In Denver, a thermometer showed 108 today, though the forecast was a high of 102
yeah. it's summer. so that is to be expected.
according to Tik Tok it's a fake sun that has been installed by our matrix handlers.
You must be spending a lot of time with Andrew Tate 🤣🤣
LOL what is with all the Andrew Tate fans here on GAG?
The man is trending everywhere, he is the matrix 🤣🤣
If you say so
Hahaha
No, I'm in the UK, it just rains all the time
I love when it rains ☻
You get used to it
Normal July temps her in Hotlanta, high of 96F today.
It’s been up and down here.
Some take a break time 😄
Oh yeah! I wanna be some place cooler. LOL
😂😂
Yes. Staying indoors.
That's good, a lot better than going outside!
Yeah, it's called Summer.
You mean a summer unlike any past summers...
Lol, no. just regular summer.
Yes it is 118 again today
🔥🔥
no... I like it scorching hot...
You're a witch miss Isla, you can cast a spell to become immune to hot weather 🤣🤣
I don't need it, i was born in hell, and I don't mind hot weather :D
they moved hell to hell... from Texas, you'll see...
@NathanDavis you've mentioned so much about hellish Texan summer in the forum that, for now, it's the number 1 on my list to experience it :D
now I'll feel guilty...
@NathanDavis you? feeling guilty? that's something new :D
responsible
@NathanDavis thank you, but I'm an adult, I can be responsible for myself :D
120 f
WoW, how are you handling it? 😳
Are you in Canada?
Nope 😄 i'm from the middle east (Lebanon)
