1, I don’t know how to multiply "4 grams times 9 volts" can you?
2, how about 4 grams times 3 miles per hour? Or impossible?
His genius was making equations that convinced physicists, but anyone can see he was not correct!

Those are both impossible because they involve two vastly different systems of measurement. Grams measures weight, volts measures voltage and miles measures distance.
That’s very different. In context, Einstein’s equations make perfect sense. You should have specified that the equations referred to a body in motion, which has both mass and speed. And if you had specified that these were attempts to disprove Einstein’s equations, my answer would have been vastly different. You need to provide context when you’re dealing with iconic physics equations. You also need a physics degree to disprove them. I don’t understand enough to disprove them and never do you.
Neither do you
so it's like doing 2 watts x 6 teaspoons
its easy bro lol
Yup "12 watts per teaspoon".
literally
In the theory of relativity, if you can convert each into a factor, it's "possible".
In everyday practice, the units aren't relatable, let alone "the same", so, no.
There are no relationship between these units of measure so these are not workable problems.

How is that possible when one is a measurement of weight and the other is a measurement of distance and energy
Too bad nobody asked what you wrote to einstein.
Maybe they did, but we’ll never know 😊
there is a way to do it. You have to translate a volt into it's composite parts and then multipy it by grams expressed in kg. s.
I can see you are a genius.
If you knew what i hinted at you are a genius too!
