Movement, rise with positive intentions your first thoughts shape your day. If you start a day thinking how much you don't want to do what you have to do your day is going to suck. If you start that same day with an i got this kind of attitude and like doing what you don't want to do makes you stronger you have a much better day... so I start everyday with positive affirmations and stretching and try to make everyday good day.

My First thought is how thankful I am for another day. And i build on that momentum...
