How do you start your day?

I start my day with:
- Brushing Teeth
- Washing Face
- Brushing Hair
- Putting fresh clothes on if I'm clean
- Showering if I'm not
- Applying deodorant

Then I always go downstairs to the kitchen & crack 3 Large Eggs to microwave for a minute & 30 seconds. Then I add 1 Slice of American Sliced Cheese on top & Place 1oz of Part Skim Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese underneath the eggs so it can melt while I'm choppin up Green Peppers, (sometimes Mushrooms) & Tomatoes. And I usually eat a banana before that so I can have some quick energy. then after I'm done eating, I drink 16 oz of water (usually with some zero calorie flavor packet because I like having abs).

I'm also constantly having to clean my ears every morning because I wear earphones when I sleep. I use sonic foam tips so they don't trap moisture as much as silicone or rubber but still a good amount of moisture forms so I like to dedicate time to thoroughly cleaning my ears with ivory soap every morning.

Praying an Our Father, three Hail Marys, and a Glory Be, then praying the Rosary. Then I stretch and go for a short run, shower, make breakfast, and go to work.

I take one trace mineral supplement with water, a piece of cheese, and a piece of fruit or vegetable and than I take a vitamin b supplement with two pieces of cheese and a glass of water. I also have 4 cups of coffee most mornings.

Well technically my day started at 4pm when I woke up. This was due to work early this morning and the dogs kept on barking 😂
