How often throughout your day does 'money' cross your mind?

Truth is... sadly... almost all day, every day. Although I don't have money, it seems to rule my life when I've always been against the concept of it being needed in society in general.

"How can I make enough money so I can live the life I want, help my loved ones and make them proud of my success?"

"If I have money, all the materialistic partners who left me because of where I am in life might regret it. Maybe success is the best revenge. It might be petty. It might not affect them. But a toxic part of me wants to have it to make them regret not staying with me."

"If I have money and am confident about who I am and where I am in life, would that attract a partner? If so, do I even want to be with them if they only take me at my high?"

"I just want to live happily ever after, like everyone else. Is there a way I can do it without money without hermiting away from society and people? I still want to be part of the community. I still want to be friendly with my neighbors. I still want to share experiences with others."

Those are thoughts that run through my head all the time.

It depends on my finances, when i have more than enough i barely think of it but when i'm broke sometimes i keep thinking of it 😄

Miss yogi i'm not a person who loves money for the sake of money, money to me means being able to not needing anyone to survive...

Finding real love is what makes my mind busy all the time because it can never be bought with money!

Once i was asked if i was granted millions of dollars to leave a woman who truly loves me or keep her and lose all the money? I chose the woman who truly loves me over any amount of money because i know that money can come and go but finding real love ain't something that i can buy or find everyday...

Till this day i have experienced being poor, being middle class and even somewhat being rich but had never found real love till this day, so ofc my choice is going to be love over money!

I try not to think about it as "money" I try to think about it as worth. It's on my mind all the time that's the world we live in. everything can be about money, or everything can be about finding our worth. Food cost to much everyone can agree with me on that... however when I pay $10 for a sandwich I don't think about the money I have, or now don't have. I think about how I traded my "worth" for someone to grow wheat, bake bread, raise a animal, kill it and make it into the meat, to put my sandwich together. Now my 10$ is worth a life and a lot of energy... the energy i put into making that money doesn't feel like much at all when I compare it to the energy and time that went into making my sandwich from nothing... I try to think of money like that and I appreciate it instead of chase it

At least once a day. I live paycheck to paycheck. At least once per day I’m calculating how much of my next weeks paycheck needs to go to what bills, and what money I’ll have towards other necessities.

Not often. I spend lots of my free time gaming so I don't think about money when doing that unless it is a game that involves it, but then it is more of in game currency/coins/gold/rupees/etc.
