What have you learned about yourself coming here?

Question

I've been here a month and learned a few new things about me, like, when I type the word "oh" I also say it out loud. I've learned I am very curious about other ppls opinions and view points. I've learned I can also be an attention seeking, little actress online as well. "See me! Look at me! Pay attention to me!" I've learned I have deeper opinions on some topics than I thought. I've learned more of what matters to me personally about some issues. I've learned I can still be quite insecure, like "Why did I type that? Omg, that was dumb, Random. Go back to your barn where you belong and never come out again." Then I laugh 'cuz I also learned never to take myself too serious either.

So, what have you learned about yourself coming here?

It's kinda like if you asked some one if they know math and of course they would say yes addition and subtraction Then you learn at a different level that there is division and  multiplication Then you learn there's algebra And then trig and it just keeps going And life , no matter what we know , there's different levels of it  And the more I answer a question over and over I find there's more to it , and more to it , and more to it , and it doesn't make you become wiser and smarter and at the same time I also have to say when I answer questions just because I think I feel this way doesn't mean that I'm right? Because everything changes and everybody is different I think
It has truly allowed me to find or bring out so many different things within me  I'm the same way. I am so curious about so many different. That's the only way you're gonna learn  And I'm so curious about so many different things, and how other people see it, because I want to understand it and become it.

I've learned that there is no such thing as a wrong opinion. there are people I really don't agree with on one thing; who will say something the next day that just amazes me in the best ways. The best thing I've learned is there is no such thing as like or dislike, right or wrong it's just being able to see things as they do. I have learned to try and put myself in everyone else's shoes especially when I don't agree with them. I would like to think it has taught me how to be a better person.

I'm glad you were able to discover new things about yourself! Hopefully for the most part, you have had a positive experience in learning those things.

Aa for myself, I have found i am more outspoken online where in person, I'll still say something if I disagree with it, but since I speak softly it isn't generally taken seriously. I like the ability to be more assertive on here.
