I lived in a house that had a spirit in it. I didn't realize it when I bought it but I dated the owners niece in high school. He was well liked in the community. I figured out who it was because he only was in the basement and that was where he died. I got an EVP recorder when he followed me to my next house and we're able to communicate. Lots of strange things go on in my house but nothing bad has ever happened.

Yes. I do not believe in ghosts but understand they cannot touch you. If you do not let them frighten you, they can lose interest. And if you hear something, talk to them.  Good morning, Bob!  I do have an experience I can't explain.

In general I wouldn't buy a house because it's just a lot of maintainance but I wouldn't take the risk of buying a haunted house.

I just don't wanna mess with negative energy. I've felt that before and it's no fun.

It would depend on the ghost or ghosts in question.

If a house was haunted by an introverted, socially awkward ghost that stayed in the attic all the time, sure I would live there.

If a house was haunted by an insane murder-ghost... probably not.

If the Haunted House price was right I would absolutely buy it & live in it. In addition around Halloween I would rent it out to paranormal groups so they can have some fun as well.
