I announced today to my patients that I’ll be leaving next week as my internship has come to an end. Most of them didn’t realized I was an intern. One of my patients who is super quiet followed me out after the sessions and asked for my business card. I was like I don’t have any since I’m hired anywhere yet. Then, he said I should open a side gig and he would want to stay in contact with me. I was very touched and pleasantly surprised… 😭😭😭❤️ I didn’t realized my patient really believed in me that much and wanted to continue working with me. It made me felt like maybe I was doing something right even though he’s always quiet.
