Nope. Most of January was foggy. It was really unusual. February has been rainy. We've gotten over 3 inches in the last two days from steady rain. I kinda like the rain, actually. Thank goodness it hasn't been torrential.
I'm in northern California in the western Sierra Nevada foothills.

It's not foggy at all Fog here in the South's higher altitudes is rare, but when it happens, it's very thick. People in general don't know how to drive in good weather, it's even worse when they can't see.
