Do NOT go with some “unique” spelling just because you want your kid to be special. You’re just opening the door to having tons of people make fun of their name. Literally, just the other day, my mom talked about working with a guy named Tyler, except it was spelled T-Y-L-A-R. We kept jokingly calling him “Ty-LAR” whenever he wasn’t there.
