Do you dwell more on the past or focus more on the future?

I've stopped dwelling on my past. I've worked through all of that stuff! I'm not carrying around any old baggage around with me anymore and not for many years.

I look to my future what's left of it.

I focus more on the future.  I can't erase the past. I can only grow from it. There's no point in driving myself crazy dwelling on past mistakes or failures..

All I have is today that's it yesterday is gone it's over with there's nothing I can do about it I'm too late today is all I have tomorrow is not here yet so why dwell on it focus on today be the best you could be today and be happy everything else is just a waste not unless you're trying to grow from it

I dwell on the past a lot, i'm always thinking about what I couldve done differently and i'm also focusing on the future cos thats unwritten and is happening in the momment.

I dwell on past relationships, jobs, people I've known and wonder of a lot of things, which are distractions I guess for me, but what i've done in the past can't be undone and i should now move forward and not make those mistakes again but to do things differently for a better outcome

I try to... Learn from the past. Stay focused in the present. Plan for the future. All three have value. But my priority is always the here and now.

Mostly on the present and some future ideas.  the past? No no… I don’t like to waste time… I might think about it… but never regret or dwell for too long.

It used to be the past. Now it's mostly the future but I try not to dwell too much or too long on the future because it's ultimately best to try to be in the present moment and taking every moment in.
