Yes, of course I would.

Dragon fruit is highly beneficial for your health. It is a nutrient-dense, low-calorie "superfood" packed with dietary fiber, vitamin C, magnesium, and iron. The problem though is that it is not readily available everywhere and you have to try to find a store that sells those dragon fruit.

Since it is a fruit that mostly comes from subtropical areas, it is not readily available in my area. I seldom see it on the shelves of my supermarket and when it is there, it does not look really appetizing.

Nonetheless, I would try it as that recipe looks delicious.
