Backpacking trips into the high country.
Sports that require running full speed and diving after things like frizbees, footballs and baseballs. In fact, physical sports in general.
Being lead guitarist and vocalist in rock bands.
Really energetic, ecstatic sex for hours on end.

I'm glad I experienced all of that stuff for many years. I have many wonderful memories.

Yes, thr doc says I can't run anymore and my balance is pretty messed up too.

That really sucks man. I have a strong belief that AI will advance health to the extent you'll be able to regain your physical abilities within the next 10 to 15 years. Try to stay alive and healthy before that happens!

Being a daughter to a father and being a gradaughter to grandparents. And of course the pleasure of being able to say father or grandma or grandpa.

Daddy passed away 3 years ago. He was always very proud of me. He was a very kind man.
