Do you use your days off to catch up on sleep?

I've been working a 4 day week, but they are long hours including travelling, so definitely the fifth day is for catching up on sleep.

People say a 4 day week is best, but not if you have to make up the hours, and so I don't think a 4 day week is good for people's health, because they can create stress.

Yes. I like my weekends and I sleep an hr more to catch up. It’s necessary for the body to take time to rejuvenate.

10:30-5:30 am work days
So sleep in on weekends…
Now on vacation… sleep till 8am daily it’s nice 😊
