Do you take day-time naps?

Say you've had a long day of work, fo you ever come home and just nap for an hour or so?

When it’s a day off, naps are a must! It’s funny, because my boyfriend and I might have the same day off four times a month and I would like to lay in bed all day and watch tv and cuddle and nap but he can’t sit still! He always has to be doing something and actually told me, “sleeping is a waste of time”! I actually thought about breaking up with him! Lol Yes, I love to relax and sleep whenever I can.

If I have a day off, you can bet I’m spending half of it laying in bed, while dozing off at times, watching all the shows I recorded throughout the week. Unlike, Becky, I’m not catching up on cleaning and making sure all the handles on the coffee cups are facing north, I watch tv, sleep, cook my favorite “unhealthy” foods and sleep some more! 😴 💤

Not during the week. I may on the weekends though, depending on what I've been up to.

I am more of an early riser than a burn the midnight oil kind of guy.

For instance, this weekend I cleaned my place from top to bottom between 4 AM and 9 AM and then went out and chopped wood before and after lunch, by the time 3-4 PM rolled around I was down for a nap.

At my age, if I could, I'd take a nap every single day.

I take day time naps if I have enough free time

I prefer it from 12 to 1pm or from 2pm to 3 pm
