Yes, I have to because I’m working all night

I have to for my health recovery. I am still filling up my energy reserves and due to an imbalance spend a ton of energy when I do activities. Much more energy than other people. If I don't do it at least once per day my health declines.

I wish I could. I struggle to sleep at night, let alone during the day.

I have rarely the opportunity and I need a certain medium level of tiredness for it to work.

Nah i hate naps but I do try to relax and lay down when my kids take their afternoon nap

sometimes I'll take a short nap after work if I had a particularly rough day or I didn't sleep well the night before.

Sometimes, whenever needed, but mostly i'm too hyper for that.

Do take afternoon naps?
