Normally, I try to take a nap in the afternoon. But if my tasks are not done or I have to be out for long I can't do it as usual, I tend to nap in the evening.

Not very often only if I have Hardly slept that day and I don’t have something on my schedule. I end up falling asleep watching TV for about 30 minutes
