Seems like most people are cracking jokes here, but I would probably try to write something deep and profound. It would be about my thoughts about the current state of society, what I observe in people's behaviour and what I think could be done to improve overall happiness and satisfaction in society. It would also include a bit of my own life, how I've lived so far, and whether I myself am fulfilled and what I'd need in my life to achieve that happiness and satisfaction.

As for a message in a bottle if I had to send one I would launch it into space with all the other space junk & send it to whoever picks it up & it would say the following.

To make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich grab two slices of sandwich bread, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of jelly or jam. Spread the peanut butter on one slice, spread the jelly on the other, and press the slices together.
