Having done the test multiple times before I know I'm consistently an INTP. If the test allows for it, INTP-A. Is this one that shows you all the percentages? You might be one type yet very close to another.

As far as personality tests go the 16 personalities one here is widely considered the best, mainstream one, in the world. While no one will claim it is definitive it is at times used in serious psychiatry and psychology. Always with the understanding that there are far more than 16 types of people in the world and it is a talking point not proof.

Mine does match me. Albeit it might be important to note that the scores do not exclude each other. For example I typically score 100% on introvert but also 95% or so on extravert. So while that makes me I-NTP it is also making me more ENTP than most ENTPs despite being a different group.

I also once had the result of INFJ and another one It had the letter T in it--maybe INTP). I was The Advocate on the 16 personalities test, which I think is the same as the INFJ. But I took this one again last night and came out again with INFJ. That's about the 3rd time I took it in about 5 years.

Yes, it happens to some people (me as well) that they sometimes get one that is close to the first type. But the important thing is you are an extrovert. I wouldn't have thought you were because you seem quieter on this site. Extroverts in my opinion are brave folks.

I usually get INTJ or INTP, depending on how I resolve a handful of questions that bundle variables which aren’t actually opposed for me. I don’t think I fluctuate between the two so much as contain traits associated with both simultaneously. When a situation can’t accommodate everything, whichever preference is stronger at that moment determines my answer, and the test interprets the choice as though the other preference wasn’t there.

I find many of the questions' possible answers for me, are dependent on many things. But I've come out twice or 3 times with the same result, and once had one very similar traits to the first. I think I was resulted as an INTJ.

Ah, they do that too, but you should be able to see inside of a circle, some letters in white right after you finish. I don't pay for the report, I just look at the letters. Are you able to go back and see the finish of the test? I wish I could see a snapshot of it.

Thats great. I hope your’re able to work at a job where you can be creative because that’s a big chunk. I am somewhat creative but I was a teacher. I think I would have loved being an artist or doing something lsuch as museum curator.
