30 minutes to get ready. That's getting dressed, cleaning up, maybe a quick shower, and grabbing a bite to eat.

So, working backwards, 8am minus 45 minutes travel time is 715am, minus 30 minutes to leave the house is 645am.

To allow for traffic and unexpected issues, I'd set my alarm for 6am and make sure I climb out of bed by 615am.
