I went on an easy hike yesterday. I started really early and it was really foggy out.
The view of the fog over the lake was so peaceful and serene. It was quiet, with hardly anyone around that early in the morning. I just took my time, enjoyed the stillness, and reflected for a while.

  Actually only last Monday morning I had another cortisone/steroid injection into the shoulder which certainly gives me sufficient relief for about four months.
  
  They (hospital physiotherapy dept.) have mentioned about perhaps viewing the possibility of having keyhole surgery to remove the few bone floaters that occurred when I fell and injured it.
  
  But nothing further has transpired as of yet.

  You're right in that I went to pick Ryan up, however I actually stumbled and lost my balance, twisted my arm in saving him from any injury.
  
  It turned out slightly more severe than first thought. Jack (my husband) has mentioned from time to time in perhaps looking into going private (we both have BUPA insurance) and getting it sorted once and for all. Maybe next year I will look into this in more detail.
