Since I am in good health, that I never go hungry and that I have a place to sleep, I would probably not get anything for myself. I am not the greedy type of person and I would use one wish to end hunger on this planet, a second one to make sure that the poor and not that wealthy people that needs medical help can get it without having to settle high bills but with the exception for the wealthy that would have to pay a high financial price to compensate for those that would get treatment free of charge.

The third wish would remained unused until really necessary but I would safely store this genie lamp in a bank safe for later use.

my only desire is to get my degree and to remain in good health. I don't need a wish for that but only dedication to my studies and a healthy lifestyle.

On the other hand, preventing a government to try to want to rule the world (US, Russia, China) is high on my priority list of things to prevent at all cost.
